Privacy
acuxo keeps as little as it can. Students never create accounts, lecture audio is deleted right after it is processed, and nothing is sold.
Students
There are no student accounts. A student scans the QR code, enters a student ID, and answers the quiz on their phone. The ID is encrypted before it is stored. Results are shown to the professor running the class.
Professors
We store your name and email, your sign-in details, your classes and class codes, and your students' quiz results. Payments are handled by Stripe, and sign-in emails are sent through Resend. You get one cookie, which keeps you signed in.
Lecture audio
Audio is sent to OpenAI to be transcribed, and we delete our copy as soon as that finishes. The transcript is sent to Anthropic to write the notes and the quiz. We do not keep recordings or transcripts. OpenAI and Anthropic handle that data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Visit data
Our site analytics use no cookies and do not follow you from site to site. Our servers keep basic access logs (date, IP address, and browser) for up to 90 days.
What we do not do
We do not sell data, show ads, or track you across other sites.
Retention and deletion
Class results stay until you ask us to delete them. Email info@acuxo.com and we will remove a class or an account.
Schools
acuxo collects as little student data as it can. If your institution needs its own review or an agreement, contact us.

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Questions go to info@acuxo.com.
